Build Your Own Private Label Brand of Adaptive Clothing with an Experienced Factory Partner
We are a private label adaptive clothing factory located in Guangzhou, China. Our factory manufactures adaptive clothing according to your exact specifications. That includes your design, your labels, your hangtags, and your packaging. We manufacture the clothing strictly from our own facility on demand. No intermediaries, no generic clothing, and no compromise when it comes to the functional aspects that your customer needs.
From brands launching 100 pieces for their first collection to healthcare companies producing over 10,000 pieces, we have been the manufacturing company behind 15+ international adaptive clothing brands.
What Does It Mean to Manufacture Adaptive Clothing as a Private Label Brand?
Private label manufacturing means that we manufacture your adaptive clothing with your branding – your logo, your woven labels, your hang tags, your packaging. The clothing will be manufactured from scratch according to your specifications. There will be no use of any items from our current stock.
That is how all the brands manufacture clothes which are unique to them and which cannot be bought from us by their competitors. Unlike wholesale clothing, private label manufacturing does not mean that you have to share the items with other buyers.
Since we are a specialist adaptive clothing manufacturer and private label factory, we provide all the functionality along with branding services so that you will get a clinically effective product that is unique to your brand.
The Apparel Search private label guide provides a useful industry overview of how private label clothing manufacturing works for brand owners at any scale.

All Branded To Your Specification
Private Labeling is more than printing a logo on a label. Every single element your client sees or handles needs to reflect your brand. All branding is done in-house – we do not use third-party printers or label makers – ensuring all elements are printed at our production facilities.
Custom Care Labels
The label that comes with your garment includes a size chart, fabric composition, care instructions, and country of origin – all custom-made according to your requirements. European Union and US FTC/AS/NZS compliant versions.
Custom Hang Tags
Custom-made hang tags for your garment including logo, product name, and any additional brand messaging. Custom-made card stock, recycled or synthetic material, standard string/loop hanging.
Custom Poly Bag Printing
Branded polybags for your garments including logo and product info. Not only will it protect your garment, but it will reinforce your brand throughout the entire process until the final recipient gets it.
Carton Marking & Export Labeling
Your branded cartons will include your brand logo, PO reference, product style, color, size breakdown, and destination country information.

Private Label vs White Label vs Wholesale — Which Model Is Right for You?
Choosing the wrong sourcing model is one of the most common early mistakes for adaptive clothing brands. Here is a clear comparison to help you decide.
| Aspect | Private Label (Our Model) | White Label | Wholesale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product origin | Built to your spec from scratch | Generic product, your label added | Pre-made, ready stock |
| Brand identity | Fully yours — exclusive product | Your label, generic product | Supplier's product |
| Adaptive features | Engineered to your clinical spec | Standard, fixed features only | Whatever is in stock |
| MOQ structure | 100 pieces per style (our MOQ) | Often 1–50 units | Per item, immediate |
| Lead time | 60–90 days (sample + bulk) | 1–3 weeks | Immediate dispatch |
| Exclusivity | Your product, not sold elsewhere | Same product sold to many brands | Anyone can buy same items |
| Best for | Brand builders and institutions | Fast market entry, limited budget | Resellers and retailers |

Private Label Adaptive Clothing — Frequently Asked Questions
Questions we receive from brands, startups, and institutional buyers before starting a private label project with us.
White label means a generic product made in bulk that many brands can purchase and put their label on. Private label means we manufacture a product exclusively to your specifications — your design, your adaptive features, your sizing — and brand it under your label. Only your brand sells that specific product. This is the model we operate under for all OEM clients.
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style — one of the lowest available from a specialist adaptive clothing manufacturer. For brands launching their first collection, this allows you to test market demand without overcommitting to inventory. Volume pricing is available for orders above 500 pieces per style. See our MOQ and pricing page for full details.
The full process — brief, tech pack, sampling, approval, brand setup, bulk production, and shipping — typically takes 60 to 90 days. Sample development alone takes 15 to 25 days depending on garment complexity. We provide a full project timeline at the brief stage so you can plan your launch date accurately. See how we work in detail on our process page.
Yes — this is our core speciality. We engineer garments with magnetic snap closures, YKK dual-slider zippers, side and back openings, hidden drainage bag access, pressure sore prevention seam construction, anti-static medical fabrics, and thermal regulation materials. We can also develop entirely new adaptive functions from a clinical brief. See our full adaptive features and technology page.
Standard private label services included in every order: custom woven care labels with your size, composition, care, and country of origin information; branded hang tags; poly bag printing with your logo; and carton marking with your PO and destination details. Compliance labeling for US FTC, EU Textile Regulation, and Australian AS/NZS standards is included. Additional branding elements such as tissue paper, stickers, or retail boxes can be quoted on request.
Yes. Many clients come to us with a concept, a reference garment, or a written brief — not a finished tech pack. Our technical team develops the full specification from your requirements. We can also advise on which adaptive features are most appropriate for your target user group if you are at the early brand development stage.
We produce garments with AS/NZS compliant care labeling for the Australian market and UKCA-compliant documentation for the UK. For NDIS-registered providers, we can produce garments to the functional specifications and institutional wash durability standards required. For NHS supply chain buyers, we can provide full quality documentation including ISO 9001 certification, fabric test reports, and AQL inspection records. Contact us to discuss your specific compliance requirements.
Sample revisions are included as part of our sampling process. We revise until the fit, function, and finish match your specification. There is no additional charge for standard revisions within the sampling stage. If a revision requires entirely new material sourcing or a fundamentally different construction approach, we will advise you in advance. Bulk production only begins after you have formally approved the final sample.
