How We Make Money
We earn on production volume, not by charging you for development. All that pattern and sourcing work is included when you place your order.

About These Prices
- • Prices vary based on fabric choice, decoration (prints, embroidery), and quantity
- • Higher quantities = lower per-piece cost. At 1,000+ pieces, expect 15-20% discount
- • Simple solid colors are cheapest. Custom prints or multiple colors cost more
- • These are FOB prices (doesn't include your shipping from us to you)
Payment Methods We Accept
- • PayPal - Easiest for small orders under $5,000
- • Wise (TransferWise) - Lower fees for international transfers
- • Western Union - Fast if you need to move quickly
- • T/T (Wire Transfer) - Standard for larger orders
Payment terms: 30% deposit to start, 70% before shipping. NET 30 available after 2-3 successful orders.

Production Capacity
We run 8 production lines with 300+ operators. Can handle 500,000+ pieces monthly. Run anything from 50 to 50,000 pieces per style.
Equipment
CAD for patterns. Automated cutting machines. 12-head computerized embroidery. Screen printing and heat transfer. Industrial finishing equipment.
Quality Control
Check garments during production and before packing. Use AQL 2.5 standards. Can coordinate third-party inspections if you want.
Fabric Range
Cotton, polyester, blends, rayon, bamboo, performance fabrics. Both knit and woven. Work directly with mills for custom fabric development.
Decoration
Screen printing (water-based and plastisol). Embroidery (flat, 3D, appliqué). Heat transfer and sublimation. Custom labels and hang tags.
Compliance
OEKO-TEX fabric testing. CPSIA for US. REACH for EU. Care labels per FTC rules. Country of origin docs.
Order Size Range
Small Batches
50 pieces per color minimum. Good for brand launches, testing new designs, limited drops, or seasonal capsules. You get the same service whether it's 50 or 5,000 pieces.
Common clients: New brands, boutique labels, test collections
Volume Orders
Handle 5,000-50,000 piece orders. Better pricing at volume. Can schedule dedicated production lines for regular reorders.

How Production Works
Send Us Your Design
Sketches, tech packs, reference samples, photos—whatever you've got. We'll make patterns, suggest fabrics, and send you material swatches to approve.
Sample & Revise
First sample ready in 7-10 days. Check the fit, fabric, construction—everything. Usually takes 2-3 rounds to dial it in. We credit sample costs back if you order 500+ pieces.
Production & QC
Once you approve, we start production. QC team checks garments during production and before packing. Use AQL 2.5 standards unless you need something different.
Pack & Ship
35-70 days from sample approval to shipment depending on what you're making. We can arrange freight or you can use your own forwarder. Send you photos and tracking before it leaves.

50 pieces per color really is our minimum. Quality and service don't change based on order size. Lots of factories say they do small orders but then treat you differently—we don't.
