Why Brands Work With Us

Work Directly With the Factory

15+ years making garments. Talk directly to us, no agent markup. If something won't work with your specs, we'll tell you before you place an order and suggest what will work instead.

Actually Do Low Minimums

50 pieces per color really is our minimum. Quality and service don't change based on order size. Lots of factories say they do small orders but then treat you differently—we don't.

Know How Garments Work

We've made just about everything at this point. If there's a better construction method or if a cheaper fabric will work just as well, we'll point it out. More than just taking orders.

Clear Pricing

Pattern work, sourcing, tech packs—all included with your order. We make money on production volume, not by charging development fees. FOB prices include everything except your freight.

Custom Apparel Manufacturing FAQ

Is 50 pieces really your minimum? +
Yes, 50 pieces per color. Quality and service are the same whether you order 50 or 5,000. The only difference is per-piece pricing—bigger orders cost less per unit because of manufacturing efficiency. We run 50-200 piece orders all the time for brands testing new products.
What exactly am I paying for? +
Samples ($30-80 each) + sample shipping ($25-45) + your production costs + freight to your location. Pattern making, finding fabrics, sourcing trims, artwork setup, and tech packs are all included. We credit sample costs back if you order 500+ pieces.
I don't have tech packs or patterns. Can you still work with me? +
Yeah, send us sketches, reference samples, photos, or just describe what you want. We'll make complete specs including patterns and material suggestions. This is included when you place your production order.
How do I know production will match my samples? +
Your approved sample is what we check production against. QC team inspects garments during production and before packing. We use AQL 2.5 standards—industry standard tolerance for minor defects, but major issues get rejected. You can also arrange third-party inspection if you want.
Can you source specific fabrics I need? +
Usually yes. Send us fabric swatches, specs, or describe what you're looking for. We work with mills across Asia and can source most materials. Fabric sourcing is included at no extra charge. For specialty fabrics or if you want to ship us your own material, we can work with that too.
What happens if there are defects? +
Manufacturing defects get remade or credited. We try to catch issues before shipping—that's what QC is for. AQL 2.5 allows for a small percentage of minor defects (that's industry standard manufacturing tolerance), but major defects result in replacement.
Payment terms? +
30% deposit to start production, 70% before we ship. We take PayPal, Wise, Western Union, and wire transfer (T/T). After 2-3 successful orders, we can do NET 30 terms.
Can I visit your factory? +
Yeah, just give us advance notice to schedule it. Lots of our clients visit after their first small order before placing bigger orders. You can also schedule visits during production to check on your order.
Do you handle compliance and testing? +
We coordinate it for US, EU, and Australian markets. This includes fabric testing, labeling, and documentation. You pay testing lab fees directly (usually $300-800 depending on requirements), but we manage the process and keep all the documentation.
How many sample rounds should I expect? +
Usually 2-3 rounds to get everything right. We'll tell you if specs won't work and suggest better options. Each revision sample is $25-60. Goal is to get it right before production, not rush through and have problems later.
